Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with A. Swapp Studio. We take great care in packaging and shipping each order. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Custom Jewelry & Artwork
Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time.
Estimated production times:
- Custom Jewelry: 2–6 weeks
- Custom Artwork: 2–8 weeks
- Personalized Items: 1–4 weeks
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. Estimated completion dates will be communicated during the design and approval process.
Shipping times begin only after production is completed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other local fees
- Customs clearance requirements
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
International delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Contact us immediately.
- We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance may be included on high-value orders or available at checkout. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable custom jewelry and artwork.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and production schedules.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
